The 2013 vintage
The year was marked by a long, cold winter, followed by exceptionally cool weather until the end of June. Fortunately, the summer heat allowed the grapes to ripen and concentrate. The late harvest took place at the beginning of October in autumnal, rainy weather, revealing a selection of top-quality Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs to make this Grand Vin millésimé.

"A concentrated, but very elegant and sleek rosé champagne with a deep nose of candied orange slices dipped in bitter chocolate plus delicate touches of plum and spice. Still quite tight, particulary on the nose. Long beautifully crafted finish with precise spicy and mineral character." - James Suckling
